• **Ad Account Credentials (via OAuth):** We securely obtain read/write access tokens (not passwords) from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. **Purpose:** To programmatically apply AI-driven optimization changes to your campaigns.
• **Campaign Performance Metrics:** Detailed data including CPC, ROAS, conversion events, and ad spend. **Purpose:** This is the input data for our AI models to analyze performance and make real-time budget and bid adjustments.
• **Account Contact Information:** Your name, email, and company information. **Purpose:** For billing, service communication, and technical support.

2. How We Use and Share Data

Your data is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and is never sold.

• **Service Provision:** Data is used *solely* to optimize your campaigns and generate performance reports for you.
• **No Data Selling:** We do not sell, rent, or trade your specific campaign performance data to any third parties.
• **Platform Sharing:** Data is shared only with the specific ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) via secure API calls to execute optimizations.
• **Aggregated Data:** We may use *anonymized and aggregated* data (e.g., "Industry X saw a 30% CPL reduction") for marketing and platform improvement, but this data will never identify your specific business or campaign performance.

3. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

You have control over your data stored with AdSpiraIO.

• **Access and Correction:** You may view and update your contact information through your dashboard at any time.
• **Data Deletion (Right to Be Forgotten):** You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated campaign data at any time.
• **Opt-Out:** You can revoke our access to your ad accounts via your platform settings, or contact us to disconnect all services.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security protocols to protect your sensitive ad account access tokens and performance data, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS/SSL for data in transit.
